Customer Insights - Understand regional nuances, customer psychology, and competitive local dynamics
Payment & Eco-System - Lead payments strategy across digital solutions. Build ecosystem partnerships with apps & platforms.
Leadership & Culture -Build teams blending banking expertise with tech-startup and mindset of a global digital bank.
Frameworks - Strong commands over digital, tech, risk. Operates within SBP regulated frameworks.
Problem Solving - Address revenue leakage, funnel drop-offs, and CAC inefficiencies. Resolve growth & portfolio performance challenges.
Decision Making - Full authority over Retail Banking strategy, growth roadmap, and product priorities. Ownership of Retail Banking P&L, revenue

Requirements

Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience 15+ years of experience in Retail Banking with senior leadership exposure in sales and distribution at a leading bank in Pakistan.
Expertise Proven success in digital acquisition, growth funnels, CAC/LTV, activation, and retention. Proven record leading large cross-functional teams across a digital bank. Strong commercial
acumen and portfolio monetization expertise. Proven track record of delivering strong P&L outcomes.
