Responsibilities

→Patient Engagement: Proactively approach eligible patients and deliver a clear, standardized, and non-promotional awareness message about the target disease.
→Digital Facilitation: Encourage and assist patients in interacting with digital awareness screens, ensuring smooth and meaningful engagement.
→Data Collection: Accurately complete pre- and post-engagement surveys for each patient interaction, capturing key insights and feedback.
→Awareness Material Distribution: Provide patients with approved educational materials to reinforce health messages and enhance disease awareness.
→Healthcare Advocacy: Reinforce the call-to-action (CTA) by motivating patients to discuss potential risks or concerns with their healthcare provider (HCP).
→Query Management: Respond to patient questions within the defined scope of work. Promptly escalate out-of-scope queries, as well as any adverse events (AE) or health safety issues (HSI), in line with organizational policies and compliance procedures.
→Compliance & Ethics: Strictly follow scripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ethical standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
