Junior Dealer

HRSI is looking for Junior Dealer/Dealer for one of its leading client in Pakistan

• → Execute Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market, and Fixed Income transactions as per approved limits and treasury strategy.
• → Monitor local and international financial markets, interest rates, exchange rates, and economic trends.
• → Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and market counterparties.
• → Assist in managing daily liquidity and funding requirements of the bank.
• → Ensure all treasury transactions are executed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• → Prepare daily treasury reports, market updates, and position reports for management review.
• → Coordinate with Middle Office and Back Office for trade confirmations and settlements.
• → Support senior dealers in treasury trading and investment activities.
• → Monitor open positions and ensure exposures remain within approved risk limits.
• → Assist in pricing and quotation of treasury products for internal and external clients.
• → Stay updated with State Bank regulations, treasury products, and market practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
