Recruitment Consultant

HRSI is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant & Coordinator to join our Executive Search team. The role suits someone who combines strong research instincts with confident, consultative communication, and who takes pride in representing both clients and candidates with discretion and professionalism.

• Department Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with colleagues to carry out assigned search projects, and coordinate with the line manager on task priorities and progress so that assignments are delivered on time.
  
• Manage search assignments: Deliver executive search mandates across a range of industries, from the intake briefing and search strategy through to shortlist, offer, and onboarding follow up.
  
• Source and headhunt talent: Identify, approach, and engage high calibre candidates through direct headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
  
• Assess candidates: Screen and interview candidates for competency, cultural fit, and career motivation, and prepare clear, well written candidate profiles for client presentation.
  
• Coordinate the interview process: Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and feedback loops between candidates and hiring managers, keeping timelines on track.

• 2–4 years of professional experience preferably in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search.
• Excellent spoken and written English, and the ability to write sharp candidate reports and client communications.
• A professional, confident manner when dealing with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several assignments at once under deadlines
