Senior Director, Operations

HRSI is looking for Senior Director, Operations for one of its leading client.

• 10 or more years in operations, finance or supply chain leadership, with at least 5 years managing several functions and their managers at the same time
• Strong accounting fundamentals. Ability to fluently read a P&L and balance sheet closely and know when the numbers are wrong
• Experience supporting or working inside US-based companies. Direct US work experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with US, Canadian or UK accounting practices is a real advantage
• A record of taking cost out of a business or improving margin, with numbers to back it up
• Experience running HR or an office of similar size, or clear evidence you can
• Hands-on comfort with ERP systems. Odoo experience is a plus
• Experience in IT hardware and software resale, distribution or e-commerce operations is a plus but not required
• Strong written and spoken English. You will work daily with US leadership, vendors and outside accountants

• Title flexible for the right candidate (Senior Director or Vice President)
