We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be a core part of the Centers research initiatives, contributing to high-impact scholarship that bridges classical knowledge with contemporary leadership and business education

• →Conduct high-quality applied and academic research on themes related to Prophetic leadership, including business ethics, teaching methodologies, and community development
• →Develop and publish case studies, journal articles, policy briefs, and other scholarly outputs.

  Support the integration of research findings into curriculum development for KSBL programs.

• →

  Collaborate with faculty members, research partners, and international scholars.

• →

  Provide co-supervision and mentorship to junior researchers.

• →

  Represent the Center through participation in conferences, seminars, and academic events.

• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Ability to translate complex research into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.

• Strong collaborative skills and openness to interdisciplinary work.
