Responsibilities

→Manage room bookings, allocations, check-ins, and check-outs for individuals and groups.
→Monitor room availability and occupancy, and coordinate with housekeeping and front office on room readiness.
→Serve as the main point of contact for guests and resolve requests and complaints promptly.
→Schedule vehicles for airport pickups, drop-offs, and transfers, and assign drivers.
→Track fleet availability, usage, and maintenance, and align transport with guest arrivals and departures.
→Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently.
→Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports on occupancy and fleet usage.
→Ensure bookings and transport stay within company policy and budget.

Requirements

Prior experience in hotel or hospitality management (required).
Hands-on experience with hotel operations such as front office, reservations, or guest relations (required).
Experience in transport or fleet coordination is a plus.
Fluent in spoken English with strong communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in hotel management systems and MS Office.
Able to work under pressure and on flexible shifts.
Candidates living near Karachi Airport are preferred.
