Responsibilities

- →Maintain branch databases for Power BI reporting.
- →Generate monthly OPEX reports for branch operations review.
- →Prepare monthly occupancy cost reports.
- →Conduct initial financial analyses for new store openings and rightsizing initiatives using templated formats.
- →Support the Controller with financial modeling, simulations, and analyses for business development and logistics.
- →Prepare other ad hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors degree in Accountancy or a business-related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
