Responsibilities

→Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
→Manage financial closing activities, preparation of statements, reconciliations, and maintenance of accounting records and systems.
→Develop and strengthen internal controls, finance processes, and policies related to cash management, inventory, expenses, and approvals.
→Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, audits, and proper financial documentation.
→Lead and support finance initiatives by improving accounting processes, implementing systems, and providing financial insights for business decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 years in retail or similar industry environments.
Proven experience in accounting management, team supervision, and financial operations oversight.
