→Support the Purchasing Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets through effective purchasing, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
→Monitor inventory levels, replenishment requirements, purchasing budgets, and vendor account settlements to ensure optimal stock availability and financial management.
→Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to facilitate the implementation of promotions, purchasing processes, new projects, and other operational initiatives.
→Maintain accurate product, pricing, and vendor information, prepare timely reports and documentation, and ensure the efficient processing of returns and other purchasing-related transactions.
→Assist in business development activities, including competitor price monitoring, market data gathering, vendor meetings, supplier coordination, and other administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates; candidates with experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or administrative operations are also encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage inventory records, purchasing data, and reports accurately.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, internal departments, and other stakeholders.
Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities to support team objectives.
