About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Division Head (AVP/VP) to lead the overall engineering function and provide strategic direction across projects, technical operations, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Engineering Division and its overall operations

Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company objectives

Oversee engineering projects from planning through execution and completion

Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards

Lead, manage, and develop engineering and technical teams

Review and monitor project plans, technical designs, budgets, and progress

Coordinate with construction, project management, procurement, finance, and other key stakeholders

Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other technical partners

Drive process improvements, cost efficiency, and operational excellence

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, safety requirements, and relevant regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

10+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience

Proven experience leading an engineering division or large engineering team

Experience in construction, property development, real estate, or related industries is preferred

Strong background in project management, budgeting, cost control, and technical operations

Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
