→Develop, maintain, and strengthen Finance policies, operating guidelines, and internal controls in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.
→Provide technical accounting advisory on complex accounting matters, including financial reporting, accounting standards, and policy development.
→Lead impact assessments and implementation of new or amended accounting and sustainability standards, including related system enhancements when needed.
→Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
→Support Finance initiatives such as vendor financial assessments, Finance projects, system implementations, and other activities requiring technical accounting expertise.
