→Develop, maintain, and enhance Finance policies, operating guidelines, and control frameworks in alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
→Provide technical accounting advisory on complex matters, including preparation of accounting memos, policies, guidelines, and recommendations for Finance stakeholders.
→Lead impact assessments and implementation activities for new and amended accounting and sustainability standards, including IFRS requirements and related system enhancements.
→Review financial reporting and disclosures for compliance with applicable accounting standards, engage with internal and external auditors, and monitor emerging accounting developments.
→Support strategic Finance initiatives, including process improvements, third-party financial assessments, Finance projects, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation required.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, or accounting advisory.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements; exposure to IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 implementation in the insurance industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex accounting and business issues.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and cross-functional teams.
