Responsibilities

→Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives that support organizational goals and workforce effectiveness.
→Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee development programs.
→Drive performance and competency management processes, including goal alignment, assessments, and succession planning.
→Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, labor compliance, disciplinary cases, and HR policy implementation.
→Administer compensation and benefits programs, HR budgeting, payroll-related concerns, and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
