Responsibilities

→Lead and manage the Learning & Development function, including team supervision, learning strategy execution, and delivery of capability-building programs.
→Develop and implement L&D frameworks, training programs, and learning solutions aligned with business goals, operational needs, and employee development priorities.
→Partner with business leaders, HR, and operational teams to identify skills gaps and design relevant programs for technical, customer-facing, and leadership roles.
→Oversee the creation and delivery of onboarding, functional training, leadership development, and performance improvement initiatives using various learning methodologies.
→Establish learning effectiveness metrics, analyze training outcomes, and continuously improve programs based on data, feedback, and business requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
Proven L&D experience within the telecommunications (telco), BPO, contact center, or customer service-focused industry.
Strong background in training needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, leadership development, onboarding, and learning program management.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
