Medical Technologist

We are looking for a Medical Technologist to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about quality diagnostic work, patient care, and collaborative healthcare delivery.

• →Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures including clinical chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology.
• →Ensure accurate specimen collection, handling, analysis, and documentation.
• →Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment according to quality standards.
• →Record and validate lab test results, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
• →Assist in inventory control and ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed.
• →Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff regarding urgent test results and patient needs.

• Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC), or graduate of a related allied health course.
• At least 6 months of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence.
• Able to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and professional in both patient and peer interactions.
