Responsibilities

→ Establish and maintain IT portfolio and governance frameworks.
→ Manage IT project and initiative portfolios.
→ Develop portfolio reporting, dashboards, and management insights.
→ Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and benefits.
→ Coordinate IT planning, prioritization, and investment reviews.
→ Establish governance processes, standards, and controls.
→ Facilitate technology steering committees and governance forums.
→ Monitor compliance with IT policies and standards.
→ Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Audit, Procurement, and IT teams.
→ Drive continuous improvement of IT governance processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT governance, PMO, portfolio management, or technology management.
Strong knowledge of IT governance and project management practices.
Excellent analytical, reporting, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
PMP, ITIL, COBIT, or similar certification is an advantage.
