Strategic Leasing Manager (Commercial) | MANILA

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Leasing Manager to lead the tenancy strategy for a major commercial development in Manila. You will be responsible for curating a high-performing mix of occupants, developing growth strategies, and ensuring the long-term commercial success of the property.

• →Strategy & Occupancy: Create and implement policies and projects to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• →Portfolio Curation: Analyze and propose the best mix of services and occupants to ensure the project remains a top destination in the area.
• →Operational Oversight: Review technical requirements and ensure all occupants comply with contractual obligations and property standards.
• →Performance Management: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve occupant performance and achieve budget targets.
• →Stakeholder Relations: Maintain high levels of satisfaction among occupants while upholding company policies and professional standards.

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in leasing, real estate, business development, or sales and marketing.
• Background: Proven track record working with international or high-end brands.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
