Responsibilities

- →Provide coaching and development for senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness, promote inclusive leadership, and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- →Lead cultural transformation efforts that encourage innovation, collaboration, and agility in a fast-paced technology and engineering environment.
- →Convert business priorities into actionable HR strategies that drive improved performance, engagement, and organizational health.
- →Lead change management, organizational design, and capability-building initiatives to ensure the organization remains scalable and adaptable.
- →Provide expert guidance across HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic organizational development role.
- Proven expertise in organizational development and change management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in technology or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
- Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
