Visa Supervisor

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

The Visa Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily visa processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of applications while supporting team performance and client service. The role focuses on operational execution, team coordination, and handling escalations.

Supervise day-to-day visa processing activities and ensure timely completion of applications

Handle visa applications for various client segments including seafarers, sub-agents, and walk-in clients

Review documents and ensure completeness and accuracy based on embassy requirements

Assist in handling escalations, urgent requests, and priority cases

Support VIP client handling when needed

Coordinate with embassies, agencies, and partners for updates and processing requirements

Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to service standards

Provide guidance and support to visa processing staff

Maintain accurate records, tracking, and reporting of visa applications

Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations

Bachelor's degree in any related field

Experience in visa processing, travel, or related industry

At least supervisory or senior-level experience is preferred

Strong knowledge of visa documentation and processes

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple applications and work under pressure

Experience handling maritime or travel agency accounts is an advantage
