The Manager-Volunteer Services provides oversight and leadership for volunteer services across the assigned market. Directs, supervises, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the activities of volunteer coordinators, volunteers, and auxilians throughout the market ministries and applicable gift shops. Works collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, volunteers, and auxilians to ensure alignment with systemwide goals and enhances the patient and colleague experience through effective volunteer support.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field is required.
• High School Diploma plus 5 years of experience in managing or coordinating volunteer programs or related experience in a non-for-profit healthcare setting may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working with volunteers or related experience in a non-for-profit healthcare setting is required.
• 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
