→5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search, ideally within a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
→Strong hands-on sourcing experience with the ability to identify and engage passive talent across a range of functions and seniority levels
→Confident conducting candidate interviews and assessing both technical capability and culture fit
→Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time without compromising on quality or candidate experience
→Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
→Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
→Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly
→Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System; Workable experience is a plus
→Strong written and verbal English communication skills
→Passion for beauty and an interest in the Huda Beauty brand and culture is a plus
