Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and follow approved section policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

  • Ensure all activities are carried out in a controlled and compliant manner.

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks in line with company standards and procedures.

  • Support inspections of process systems to assess integrity and functionality.

  • Recommend and implement monitoring tools and technologies to identify potential issues or deviations.

  • Conduct performance evaluations of process systems and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve reliability issues and implement preventive measures.

  • Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential failure modes in process systems.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and process safety standards.

  • Develop and implement corrosion management plans for process equipment.

  • Coordinate with corrosion specialists to evaluate and mitigate corrosion-related risks.

  • Assess lifecycle performance of process equipment and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry.

  • Strong knowledge of asset integrity management, risk assessment, and process safety.

  • Experience in process system inspection, reliability improvement, and corrosion management.

  • Familiarity with international industry standards and regulations.
