Accountant (ATO experience) (021 - 866)

• →Prepare business financial reports and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and
• →sole traders
• →Review individual tax returns for accuracy and compliance
• →Liaise with our bookkeepers to review BAS-prepared financials before proceeding to tax
• →compliance
• →Ensure all work meets Australian tax law and ATO requirements
• →Flag discrepancies or issues with the director in a timely manner

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Australian tax compliance and financial reporting
• CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of Australian tax law
• Solid experience with Xero
• Familiar with the compliance requirements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders
• Strong written English and clear communication skills
• Self-directed and able to manage workload independently

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
