Responsibilities
~1 min read- →3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory)
- → Proven track record in high-volume sourcing and placements
- → Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- → Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently without relying on inbound applicants
- → Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- → Strong closing skills with the ability to convert candidates into hires
- → Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- → Comfortable working with ATS or CRM systems and recruitment tools
- → Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
