Project Coordinator

Some of the most sophisticated shopping environments in retail originate right here in Paris, Texas. As part of the Harrison, Walker & Harper (HWH) family of companies, Rodgers Wade produces custom millwork, casework, fixtures, and displays for leading global brands — combining skilled craftsmanship with large-scale production capability.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll act as the central hub between customers, sales, estimating, and production teams to ensure the smooth and successful execution of multiple projects from bid through delivery.

• →Interfaces with customers, sales and estimating to ensure successful and profitable completion of multiple projects.
• →Confers with estimators during bid process to provide input as required and become familiar with project.
• →Participates in prototype and other design review as required.
• →Identifies critical schedule milestones and creates a plan to achieve them.
• →Creates proper customer expectations regarding quality and schedule. Revise these expectations as circumstances arise during the project.

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role (construction, manufacturing, or retail environments a plus)
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and external clients
