We are currently looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data and revenue optimization! We want someone who is able to collect, analyze, and interpret hotel revenue data to support pricing strategies, forecasting, and inventory management, while providing valuable insights that drive profitability, market share, and commercial performance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to maximize revenue opportunities across the hotel.

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales dotted line to General Manager

Keys Responsibilities & Qualifications

Revenue Analysis

Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue performance.
Monitor key performance indicators including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, GOPPAR, MPI, and RGI.
Review booking pace, pickup trends, cancellations, no-shows, and market demand.
Identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance.

Forecasting & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
Produce demand forecasts and pace analysis.
Analyze variances between forecast, budget, and actual results.
Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership review.

Market & Business Intelligence

Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Review STR reports and hotel benchmarking data.
Evaluate business segments, distribution channels, and source markets.
Support commercial strategies through data-driven recommendations.

Systems & Data Management

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of revenue data and reporting systems.
Validate data from PMS, CRS, RMS, and channel management systems.
Support system audits and continuous data quality improvements.

Collaboration

Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reservations, and Operations teams.
Present revenue insights and recommendations during commercial meetings.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, Hotel Operations, or a related function.
Experience in hotel analytics, reporting, or commercial performance analysis is preferred.

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Opera PMS, SynXis, IDeaS, Duetto, or other Revenue Management Systems.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
