Responsibilities

→Support the senior recruiters to fill roles across various departments; review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates to recommend to hiring managers.
→Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings and sourcing strategies.
→Manage candidates through various stages in our ATS (Greenhouse) ensuring accurate data.
→Assist with on-going projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.).
→Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to discern skillset of top candidates.
→Provide a white glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.

Requirements

Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

The hourly range for this role is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
