The IDC China AR (Accounts Receivable) team is seeking long-term interns to support daily finance operations.

Interns offer a more cost-effective staffing option compared to alternative hiring arrangements.

Responsibilities

→Issue and verify VAT invoices to clients;
→Upload invoices to the client portal;
→Copy and scan original documents to maintain finance supporting files — a duty that becomes particularly critical during audit requests;
→Track the status of signed client contracts and keep organized files;
→Handle other ad-hoc tasks as needed in urgent situations.

Required degree or certifications (e.g., Bachelor’s in a relevant field, specific certifications)
Required years of relevant work experience, including any specific industries
Essential technical skills (e.g., software proficiency, technical competencies)
