English proficiency at 85% or higher.

→Previous customer service experience is preferred/desired.

→Strong computer aptitude, documentation skills, and multitasking abilities.

→Excellent phone, email, and chat etiquette.

→Schedule flexibility and ability to work on-site in Zone 4.

→Professionalism and a positive, people-oriented attitude.

→Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
