About the Role
~1 min readIkigai Cases (www.ikigaicases.com) is seeking an Operations Intern to support our in-house operations during the spring season. This role is critical to ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and with the highest level of care. You will be hands-on with the core processes that keep our business running, from packing orders to managing inventory, while working directly alongside the founders. Founded in December 2021 by two brothers in Washington, DC, we have grown rapidly while staying true to our mission: create exceptional pill cases and deliver outstanding customer service. We have achieved multi–seven figure annual sales, fulfilled over 40,000 orders, and are now shipping thousands of pill cases each month. We keep fulfillment in-house to maintain our commitment to white-glove service for every customer.
