We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Solution Architecture to lead and scale our team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Solution Architects (SAs) & Implementation Engineers (IEs). In this role, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team that delivers both hands-on technical architecture during implementations and long-term technical account management throughout the customer lifecycle. You will serve as an escalation point for enterprise clients, optimize technical delivery methodologies, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • Prior experience scaling post-sales technical teams in Sales Enablement, Enterprise Content Management, or MarTech SaaS platforms.

  • Experience managing a dual-function team (combining professional services/implementation with post-sales advisory).

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers and Solution Architects.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, technical mentorship, and performance management to support individual career growth across both technical architecture and account management tracks.

  • Establish clear team KPIs, capacity planning, and resource allocation models to balance implementation workloads with ongoing account advisory needs.

  • Define and standardize best practices for technical onboarding, integration design (APIs, SSO, SMTP, MCP, data models, CRM integrations), and solution architecture documentation.

  • Oversee technical account management frameworks to ensure proactive health checks, SLA compliance, and systematic risk mitigation across key enterprise accounts.

  • Serve as the executive technical escalation point for critical client integrations, complex architecture challenges, and high-stakes account reviews.

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to communicate customer feedback, synthesize technical requirements, and influence product roadmap priorities.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to align technical delivery with commercial goals, contract renewals, and account expansion opportunities.

  • Drive continuous operational improvements across Global Services to increase time-to-value for new client onboardings and boost long-term retention.
