Included Health is seeking experienced and mission-driven Remote Physicians to support our fast-growing virtual care team. If you're passionate about transforming healthcare and providing high-quality, accessible care to diverse populations across the country, we’d love to hear from you.

What to Expect:

Submitting your information will allow our recruiting team to consider you for future roles as they open up, based on your specialty, availability, and licensing footprint.

Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine residency

Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics

3+ years post residency experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting

Active and unrestricted state medical license in state of residence; residing in an IMLC state is required

Multi-state licensure preferred

Experience and ability to provide care for all ages across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric)

Must maintain Medicare active status
