Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE/KSA -based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker’s, Shalwa, Somewhere, Public, Soil and Kumo.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Prepare and cook food according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
- → Ensure food is presented consistently and meets company standards.
- → Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- → Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- → Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO principles.
- → Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or wastage.
- → Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- → Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and prepared food items.
- → Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- → Comply with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Positions: Sr CDP, Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, Butcher, Baker, and Pastry Chef.
