The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are proactively expanding our bench capacity to stay ahead of the curve. We are seeking a versatile Senior CIAM Architect / Consultant who can seamlessly transition between high-level strategic alignment and hands-on tactical implementation.

In this role, you won't be boxed into a single product or a static team. You will lead and collaborate with dynamic teams of varying sizes, architecting robust Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions that secure and elevate the user experience for our diverse clientele.

What You Will Do

• Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of scalable, secure, and modern CIAM solutions tailored to client needs.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to align their business goals with identity strategies, acting as a trusted advisor on complex CIAM ecosystems.
• Modern Challenge Resolution: Address and solve complex modern identity and access management challenges, ensuring robust security against emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Tactical Execution: Dive into the implementation details, ensuring best practices are followed during system integration, configuration, and deployment.
• Innovate with AI: Actively leverage AI tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery, optimize identity workflows, and explore next-generation CIAM capabilities (like AI-driven fraud detection or adaptive risk scoring).
• Collaborate & Mentor: Work within agile, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and helping peer professionals level up their skills.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in IAM/CIAM, with a proven track record of architecting and/or implementing enterprise-grade customer identity solutions.
• Protocol Expertise: Deep, comprehensive knowledge of core identity protocols and standards, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, MFA, WebAuthn, Biometrics, and Pass-through Authentication.
• Platform Familiarity: Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with leading identity platforms. Because we are vendor-agnostic partners, experience with any of the following is highly valued: Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Resourcefulness & AI Mindset: You are polyglot-minded and adaptable. You have the technical resourcefulness to integrate CIAM solutions into various tech stacks and a natural curiosity to use AI tools to enhance your engineering and architecture processes.
• Education & Certifications: A University degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Active vendor certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, PingIdentity Certified) or industry certifications (e.g., IDPro CIAM, CISSP) are highly recommended.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset for serving our diverse client base.
