Your Role
You will take over a leading role to drive, grow and develop our portfolios for new Power MOSFET devices aiming to make life of everyone greener, safer and easier. Take the lead in projects linked to one of our most demanding customers technically and structurally as a Senior Project Manager.
Key responsibilities in your new role:
* Create top level project plans with milestones, timelines, ownership, ensuring risks are identified, questioned and mitigation steps are executed
* Take responsibility for project, cost and resource planning through efficient project tracking, reporting and a proactive project management approach
* Deliver and execute the project work packages using internal project management tools and procedures
* Set and manage expectations with other departments, senior management, and external stakeholders
* Drive clear decision making including proper stakeholder management and recording
* Lead and manage cross functional teams across multiple locations to deliver project targets; this includes but is not limited to: marketing, design engineering, procurement, operations
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
* University degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Power Electronics, or comparable
* 6+ years relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry or relevant similar industries with focus on research and development projects/programs
* 4+ years of experience in leading projects as project manager or project leader
* Expertise in comprehensive project planning, management, reporting and risk management with existing IPMA-C project management certification or willingness to become certified within 1 year
* Product and technology development know-how, ideally with proficiency in power discrete development
* Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to convey clear, concise, and impactful messages to diverse stakeholders
* Fluent English skills, German skills or the willingness to learn as a strong advantage
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
