Consultant/Senior Consultant - Appian Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appian Architect to join our team. As an Appian Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective Appian solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise will pave the way for successful Appian application development, providing key insights and technical guidance to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.

• →Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• →Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions, with a strong understanding of Appian architecture
• →A deep knowledge of Appian components including Appian SAIL, Process Design, Rules, Security, and Integration
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
• →Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• →Proven experience working in Agile development methodologies, delivering high-quality solutions within established timeframes
• →Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and promoting a culture of innovation
• →Appian Level 3 certification or higher is highly preferred
• →Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
