At INHAUS, we are supporting a leading multinational pharmaceutical company in the search for a Field Sales Manager to lead the commercial operation in Peru.

We are looking for a professional with a strong commercial mindset, leadership capabilities, and strategic vision, eager to take on the challenge of leading high-performing teams in a dynamic and results-driven industry.


Your impact in this role

You will be responsible for leading sales operations within the assigned territory, driving commercial performance, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, and supporting the team in achieving strategic business objectives.

In addition, you will play a key role in demand generation, identification of growth opportunities, and execution of commercial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.


Main responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.

  • Drive the achievement of commercial targets and business KPIs.

  • Design and execute commercial strategies within the assigned territory.

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and strategic clients.

  • Identify business development and market expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with areas such as Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence, and Finance.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.


Profile we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Previous experience leading commercial teams.

  • Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
