On October 27, Intcomex, a company specializing in technology distribution and value-added solutions, will take part in a new edition of Speed Dating de Talento, at the Sortis Hotel in Panama City.

An event that brings companies and professionals together in a different format, creating opportunities to connect directly, beyond traditional recruitment processes.

At this edition, Intcomex is looking to connect with professionals experienced in technology product and portfolio management, who can develop commercial strategies, strengthen relationships with vendors and distribution channels, and identify growth opportunities for the brands they manage.

We would love to meet professionals with experience in:

• Product & Portfolio Management: Managing technology categories and product portfolios, positioning strategies, pricing, and new product launches.

• Vendor & Channel Management: Building commercial relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and channel partners, negotiating agreements, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Sales & Business Development: Executing commercial strategies, driving demand generation, consultative selling, and developing business projects.

• Business Performance & Planning: Monitoring sales, margins, profitability, inventory, forecasts, and market share.

• Marketing & Go-to-Market: Planning and executing marketing initiatives, managing vendor marketing funds, and collaborating with sales teams to accelerate brand growth.

We are looking for professionals with at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or in similar roles, with a background in sales and/or marketing, consultative selling, and project management.

Knowledge of marketing strategies, market analysis, demand generation, Power BI, and technology solutions will be considered a plus, along with a university degree in Marketing, Commercial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Intermediate English proficiency, depending on the brand's requirements, as well as strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
