IT Operations & Systems Engineer | Leading Global Company

In this context, we are looking for an IT Operations & Systems Engineer who combines strong technical expertise, ownership, and a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth operation of IT services across the Americas.

Your Impact in This Role

This role will serve as a key connection between regional users and the global IT organization, taking ownership of day-to-day IT operations while contributing to process improvements, systems support, and business continuity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT support operations across the Americas region

• Act as the primary point of contact for regional IT topics and escalations

• Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of technical issues from start to finish

• Support and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain processes

• Manage EDI and e-invoicing processes on a global scale

• Maintain and ensure data integrity within ERP systems

• Provide technical support and guidance to end users across the organizationPromote consistency, structure, and best practices across IT operationsIdentify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on implementation initiatives aligned with the global IT strategy

What we are looking for

• Experience supporting IT operations in regional or international environments

• Advanced English skills to interact effectively within a global organization

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune

• Experience working with ERP platforms, preferably Dynamics 365

• Understanding of EDI and electronic invoicing processes

• Experience interacting with users across different countries and time zones

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously
