What We Are Looking For

• Advanced students or recent graduates in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an affinity for technology and data analysis tools.

• Interest in process improvement, automation, and the use of digital tools to support financial decision-making.

• Previous experience through internships, professional practice, academic projects, or entry-level roles related to finance, reporting, analytics, or data management is highly valued.

• Analytical mindset, curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data visualization tools, or AI applications for business is a plus.

• Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
