For our Logistics team we are on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Associate to join our team. The role reports to the Transportation Coordinator.

Responsibilities

→Safely drive, pick up, and deliver vehicles from our insta-spots as per the schedule.

→Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after deliveries to ensure they meet company quality standards.
→Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and any incidents or issues.
→Communicate courteously and effectively with clients, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
→Report any maintenance needs or irregularities noted during vehicle handling.
→Assist in fleet organization and scheduling when needed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in driving, delivery, or fleet operations is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to complete documentation accurately.
Flexibility with working hours, including potential evenings or weekends as required.
Physical ability to drive and handle vehicles for extended periods.
