Join Partner Solutions (PSI) as a Security Analyst II – Data Governance and Protection. In this role, you will support Partner Solutions Inc.’s Data Governance and Protection team by helping implement and grow the practice within the organization and for its clients.

What you’ll do here:

• Support the implementation of technical and administrative controls for data protection, aligned with the overall data governance and protection strategy, as well as the objectives of Partner Solutions and its clients.
• Support the evaluation of various technologies related to the data protection practice, taking into account the specific requirements of the organization and its clients.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing data protection and developing governance policies within a service delivery environment involving multiple clients.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to support the advancement of the data governance and protection practice.
• Implement and automate processes that strengthen data protection capabilities and improve the security posture of a multi-client environment.
• Contribute to documenting data governance and protection processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Implement continuous improvement principles within the practice and its associated processes, using a data-driven approach.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, and/or a specialization in cybersecurity.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in information technology or in the field of information security/data protection.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and data protection principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data security and governance tools and concepts.
• Good knowledge of Canadian data protection laws.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Purview.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used programming languages.
• Excellent proficiency with Azure Logic Apps.
• Programming experience with Power BI is an asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with a structured and autonomous approach to work.
• Good initiative and prioritization skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated commitment to training, self-learning, and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills.
• AZ-900 and SC-401 certifications are assets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.This role requires regular interaction with colleagues and clients across the country.
• No Canadian work experience is required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
