Responsibilities

→Provide navigation and leadership to meet Intel's product roadmap.
→Formulate yield problems mathematically, identify solutions, and remove technical and non-technical barriers by influencing stakeholders to achieve successful solutions.
→Develop and implement product validation plans to ensure high performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing challenges.
→Analyze and interpret test results to drive product improvements and optimize design methodologies.
→Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
→Monitor and assess emerging trends and technologies to integrate state-of-the-art capabilities into product development processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing complex projects and ensuring delivery within deadlines.

Proven ability to lead initiatives that drive impactful business outcomes.

PhD with 7+ years of experience OR Master's with and 12+ years of experience
Experience in advanced node semiconductor industry in semiconductor yield or product engineering

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $220,920.00-311,890.00 USD
