Responsibilities

→University degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
→Proven experience in Construction Coordination / Construction Supervision roles within industrial, offshore, naval, Oil & Gas, EPC or similar projects.
→Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities, preferably covering Piping/Mechanical, I&E and Steel Structure.
→Previous experience working in a shipyard, fabrication yard or industrial construction environment.
→Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, workfront management and interface coordination.
→Experience monitoring construction progress, productivity and schedule performance.
→Knowledge of Mechanical Completion, system handover, punch list management and readiness for testing.
→Ability to coordinate effectively with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Engineering and project management teams.
→Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
→Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve operational issues.
→Professional level of English.
→Ability to work in a demanding, multidisciplinary and international project environment.
