→Lead the KDW sales team in achieving sales targets and converting leads into confirmed orders.
→Read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, dimensions, and construction details to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
→Oversee kitchen and wardrobe layouts, 3D renders, quotations, and technical documentation.
→Review drawings, specifications, and quotations before submission to clients and the factory.
→Coordinate with technical, factory design, SCM, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure timely order execution.
→Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, installation monitoring, and project closure.
→Manage client relationships, follow-ups, design approvals, payments, and complaint resolution.
→Monitor team performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure showroom standards and SOP compliance.

Requirements

DAE in Architecture, Diploma in Interior Design, or an equivalent qualification.
5–7 years of relevant experience in kitchen and wardrobe sales, design consultation, or project furniture, preferably with team leadership experience.
Strong technical drawing reading and interpretation skills are essential.
Proficiency in IMOS, AutoCAD, 3D rendering tools, and working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
Good understanding of kitchen and wardrobe materials, finishes, hardware, site measurements, and installation requirements.
Strong leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
