Program Scheduler – Crystal City, VA

• →Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project.
• →Build schedules from the ground up in support of complex program requirements.
• →Perform schedule analysis, including critical path and schedule health reviews.
• →Track key milestones, dependencies, and program deliverables.
• →Identify schedule risks and support Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) activities.
• →Coordinate with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• →Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and program reporting activities as needed.
• →Prepare schedule-related reports and provide clear updates to program stakeholders.

• Approximately 5+ years of hands-on scheduling experience.
• Secret Clearance. 
• Experience supporting large, complex Aerospace & Defense programs.
• Strong Microsoft Project experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing integrated schedules from the ground up.
• Experience performing schedule analysis.
• Familiarity with Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary program teams.
• F-35 program experience is highly relevant.
• NAVAIR program experience is a plus.
