Responsibilities
~1 min read- Build and maintain LinkedIn connections with potential candidates and professional networks.
- Identify and reach out to passive candidates for open roles through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Assist in crafting personalized messaging to engage potential candidates.
- Track outreach efforts and responses to ensure follow-up and engagement.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
- Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Support recruiters in posting job openings on LinkedIn, job boards, and company career pages.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with recruitment materials, such as job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation forms.
- Support pre-employment background checks and other onboarding processes.
TALENT ACQUISITION INTERN REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently studying Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous sales, customer service, or networking experience preferred.
- Excellent communicator; outgoing, personable, and approachable.
- Availability to work 20-40 hours per week throughout the summer.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning recruiting tools/ATS
