Job Details:

• Draft, edit, and publish technical documentation including Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
• Capture meeting minutes from working groups, stakeholder meetings, and governance
  forums .
• Produce executive summaries and information papers for leadership
• Maintain document version control and configuration management
• Ensure documentation compliance with IC and DoD standards for technical writing
• Support Congressional briefings on DoD CI operations and data management initiatives as necessary
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports on data management activities and performance
  metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 8 years of directly related technical experience
• Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
