Leading site identification, feasibility, regulatory submissions, ethics approvals and site contracting

Developing and executing Site Activation Management Plans aligned to study strategy and objectives
- →
Performing protocol amendments
- →
Driving study start-up timelines and critical milestones
- →
Managing regulatory strategies, approvals and essential study documentation
- →
Negotiating contracts and regulatory documents while ensuring local and global compliance
- →
Identifying risks, resolving issues and implementing mitigation plans
- →
Building strong relationships with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders
- →
Monitoring project metrics, budgets, timelines and performance indicators
- →
Providing project updates, reports, presentations and operational insights
- →
Supporting proposal development, bid defence activities and customer engagement
- →
Mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- →
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- →
Experience in site activation, study start-up, protocol amendments, regulatory affairs or clinical operations
- →
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, ethics processes and regulatory requirements
- →
Experience managing timelines, budgets, risks and cross-functional stakeholders
- →
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- →
Ability to lead complex projects and drive outcomes in a global environment
- →
Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- →
Experience working across cultures and geographies
- →
Passion for innovation and leveraging technology to improve clinical trial delivery
